Took awhile to get but I don't think that's your fault. Shipper routed a little funny. Just noticed on the box that it has an address one town away and I think it took a week to get.
I sent order via USPS. I received it quickly.
One of the items had to be returned as merchandise was defective.

Great all items as expected
I like the items I have received from you. But, my last order #******* made July 20 was not received until Aug 3 and it showed item #*******Lighted Pier Canvas was backordered and no expected ship date. When I called on Aug 7 to see when it was expected to ship I was told it was no longer available. It would have been nice if I had received an email regarding it's status instead of my having to call. I wonder if you had a follow up plan to let me know I wasn't going to receive it?
I was very pleased with the items I ordered. However, I was not sent an email confirming my order nor did I have any way of possibly tracking. Even though I was pleased, because of not receiving confirmation emails and shipping emails...I am not sure I will continue ordering.

Calling on the phone became very confusing because it was difficult to understand your representative...very heavy accent. Ordering online was much simpler and faster.
I ordered several items, received all but one which came in as the wrong item. I contacted them and they sent the correct item, immediately. I ordered solar lights, one didn't work. Hap a broken wire inside, which I managed to fix. I wish the lights were made better. But I've also found out that it doesn't matter how much you pay for them, they are all made poorly and cheaply.
