I ordered 2 items totally $46.72 and was charged $11.74 for shipping. After waiting 2 weeks I received one item in a 9" x 12" plastic envelope. I had ordered 2 Flawless items...one for face and other for brows. When I called customer service I was told both items were shipped in that package to look again. There was only the Flawless for brows. Told I'd have to wait another 2 weeks before I received the Flawless for face. I canceled the order because I couldn't wait again and was told that the portion of cost for shipping was not refundable for the item your company failed to ship the first time. I think that was totally unfair since your company made the mistake.
I will never buy from your company again. Take my name off your catalog list.
I doubt this review will be posted for other people to read.

Everthing so far has been great, the only thing I have issue with is feedback on items is wanted immediately. Unless there is something broken during shipping, everything looks great coming out of the box. One can not give an opinion on the things, like outdoor decor, until its been used. The items i purchase a lot are for outside decor, I need the summer to see how they hold up. Some items for outside will be used Spring/summer season. Others will not be used until the fall. I can say they look great coming out of the box, that they are shipped on time, that ordering was easy, but can not say how they last. I have learned from past experience, you are excited when the items arrive, they look great, you give awesome feedback about the product, only to actually use them and have the paint chip off while they just sit in your flower garden. Reviews would be different after 1- 3 months of use compared to the item right out of the box. I have never called about the product life of any item because I assume their is no warranty for how long they are suppose to last.
