I'm very happy with 98 percent of my purchases from collections etc. Amazing products at great prices. There have been only a couple of items that I was unhappy with the quality but that's nothing compared to the amount of products I've bought and been satisfied with. Will continue to purchase from them.

When I was placing an order your message said if I gave you my e-mail, you would send a promotion code that would me a 10% discount plus free shipping.
That did not happen. I was charged $7.99 shipping and $2.50 processing. This very well may be my last order, but it is not the first. I am very disappointed.

I love my frog sitters especially. And look forward to using my Thanksgiving shelf sitters in November. Collections etc. provides an inexpensive way for me to change my monthly decorations about the living room. The grandkids love it and it puts a smile on my face too. In regards to the recliner cover I am frustrated that I ordered the wrong one. But, the cover is of nice quality and the color is rich. In researching my options, I discovered that a return shipping fee would cost about half of what the cover cost me, and then I would need to pay shipping for the exchange. Therefore, I am going to keep the cover and see if I can make side pockets and whatever else it needs to fit my need.
Tried to order the scarecrows for the last two years and they were always sold out. Luckily I saw them early. They are adorable. I'm always satisfied with the items I order
