I love the stuff that you all have and I love shopping with you but I would really like to get all of my products at one time.
Customer service is my problem.I received 3 bed jackets in color green.I ordered3 ln color green. Pink and cream.When I called customer service they did not understand i had No way of knowing what was on the invoice or what was ordered until I received it.He accused me of ordered incorrectly.I have not gotten a mailing label or heard from them since.

Delivery was accurate and fast. Having bought the 4-step folding ladder, wished it's weight was mentioned in the catalog. It is a bit heavy, but I'll manage, as I need the stability and height to clean transom windows.

I was shopping mostly Clearance items, which were often Sold Out. I also wish we'd been given more time (another day) to take advantage of the free shipping... Sunday nights are hectic after a busy weekend!
I was given 6 valances instead of curtain panels, so my helper that helped me put up my curtains yesterday will have to come another time to finish the job. I got disconnected twice when I tried to re-order the curtain panels. And will have to wait another 3 weeks for my doggie curtains! This is the 3rd set of curtains that I have ordered from you, so I am happy with your products, but must get the right items sent to me! I do enjoy your items you sell, & have done my Christmas shopping the last two months with you. I love my one touch lamps too!
