I ordered the egg sitter cushion. I took it out of the box and immediately noticed how thin and totally flimsy it was made. I sat on it and it flattened down to nothing, like it wasn't even there. I am returning it ASAP, the price is way to high for what you get. Disappointed!

Customer Services at Collections Etc reached out to me to amend a shipping cost that was initially not what was advertised on their site. They have been very fair by updating a current promotional code and giving me the deal I originally thought I was receiving. Kudos to Customer Service for their professional and courteous manner in how they handled this situation. I now appreciate how much they value customer service.
