So many things that don't let me know are unavailable until I try to order them...also I was very disappointed in the 'bedspread' I ordered which was really nothing more than a sheet with ruffles sewn around it. I ordered several items of clothing in my size and they were HUGE on me, I already gave one dress away. The 8 curtain panels I ordered are not as sheer as they looked in the picture so I can't use them. I pretty much wasted nearly $200. Not very happy.
Got charged shipping and the order amount said I would get free shipping for orders over a certain amount.
Good price and service,but delivery was long, purchase only went to MI and took 10 days from date of shipping to get here

Love this bedspread & also purchased the matching pillow shams. The price was FANTASTIC. I've been a Collections customer for close to 15 years & am always happy with my purchases, quality, fast shipping & packing. I only wish you would offer loyal customer a discount on the shipping costs. It's high & discounts for customers without having to purchase lots of items or a specific dollar amount to qualify is sometimes difficult. All in all, I'll be back, but may wait to order until I can get reduced prices on items I want.
