I would suggest that doing a survey like this, it would be wise to list items ordered. We are ordering so much online from more than one source it may not be apparent which order the inquiry is regarding. (At the beginning of the email)

One thing I didn't like is that some of the items I wanted to purchase were sold out! When I tried on the blouse and dress - they were way too big so I have returned them. Refund on blouse and exchange on dress.

If I did not like the things I ordered, I would not have ordered them and if you do not do a good service to your customers, then I would not have ordered. These surveys are really a waste of my time. Good customers stay with a company as I have yours. Companies that disappoint customers are not ordered from again.
