Great got my things on time

Always find something unique and interesting when I shop collections...good prices too.

The wrong color was sent. It clearly said on the invoice that Brown was ordered and a purple shirt was sent!

Easy to order. Nice quality products, but the shipping and processing fee is way too much.

Online shopping is far more preferable to catalogs. Easier to find items and categories.
Takes far longer to have items shipped than in the past. Have been a customer for decades. Time from order to ship date needs to be addressed. Too much packaging material is used. Smaller boxes; less paper; save trees!
Resolving a problem remains good. Would appreciate a follow up email. Left in dark when a replacement has been shipped.

I love all the catalogs I receive, especially the the autum. I like the seasonal, I have bought so many cute things to bring out at the different seasons. Whom ever picks the the items to sell does a really good job.
