Everything was as I expected!

Fast and easy

Very satisfied with our quilt purchase.

My overall experience was good, I loved the seat covers but they did not fit my chairs.

Second time ordering from CollectionsEtc. BOTH times, one of the items I ordered was not sent; instead I received a totally different item. Granted, the customer service dept. was great in handling the issue and sending out the correct item immediately; it still was a hassle. Perhaps have the orders after they have been picked be checked before sending out?
Wish you had more tops in size 3X for our larger ladies too.

My on-line shopping at Collectionsetc has always been a pleasure. The products in which I have ordered have always been in good condition and of good quality. I will continue to shop at Collectionsetc.

There was one particular item I wanted and I ordered a couple of other things. When I gave my credit card information it came back with item out of stock...and didn't give me a chance to cancel my other items, therefore, I had to pay shipping. I feel it should have alerted me that the items was out of stock before it accepted my payment.
