I'd been buying from you for years (more than 15 years to be exact) and i can't complaint about any of the products i bought from you until now. The prices are great and the 10% off club enrollment for customers who want to save more on their purchases is amazing. Plus the codes you give for free shipping are great. I can say that buying from you is one of the most greatest experience on shopping that i ever had.

I had not read carefully enough. I was disappointed that the oven liners were not the same size. One was very small. I would rather pay more for 2 of the larger size.

We were notified that our order had been received but weren't notified that the order was shipped.
Sort of confusing when you don't know if something happened to the package or not or if something happened during the ordering process to delay the package.
