I had to call customer service several times regarding this order and was totally dissatisfied with their handling of the situation. I received the order although I requested for it to be cancelled and not ship. I was informed that they cannot cancel the order, so it will be shipped and then I can return it, which is what I did. I also made it clear that I will not be paying return fee. I am still awaiting their email of receipt of the package and my refund.
