I always know that I will receive what I ordered.

I found the slipcover for my recliner to be hard to put on because it was a little too small. However, Now that it is on I like the way it looks. Except for the seat, which loosens up and wrinkles after sitting on it for a while. So overall I feel that it deserves 4 stars. It's supposed to be for an extra large recliner and wish it was a little larger.

Good experience. I ordered the Leaf Patchwork Quilt and shams, Autumn Glory Shower Curtain and other Fall decorations. I washed them before I used them and they washed and dried beautifully. I am very pleased with these products!

Gifts for Christmas or haven't used yet so I can't actually say. I did check all figurine for breakage and they were OK.

The spider web poncho would be like wearing a blanket, couldn't wear it to a Halloween party inside doors. Description should have mention how heavy it is.

DiVertigo tropical oil does not work at all. $20. Down the drain.

I love Collections and have bought many things here! This time I got the can organizer for my new pantry and couldn't be more disappointed in the product! It was always falling apart because the screws weren't long enough plus the directions didn't tell you how things went so I had to take them apart multiple times just to figure it out! Check the items before selling cuz normally I love everything!
