I received some valances I had ordered to find they weren't the right color. I filled out the original invoice per the instructions given and sent it all back to you with the valances I wanted replaced and the information the instructions asked for. The ones I wanted instead were on that invoice. I never heard from your company. After a few weeks, I called to find out the money had been reimbursed in my husbands account and nothing was replaced or being shipped to me. I had to order what I wanted all over again. When items are sent back, there is a break down somewhere and what customers are instructed to do isn't happening your end. Perhaps, customers should be asked to call you when they are exchanging instead of filling out the invoice information.
Liked Collections very much. I did inadvertently ordered the wrong size slipper and had to return.
Discount was different when posted to my Paypal account but was later corrected
