Like my purchase. Reasonable prices.
I have to return items. I was told I MUST PAY to return them. It was solar lanterns. The person on the phone, Mary said to put in "new" batteries on a brand new item. I said I shouldn't have to do this on a new item. I am returning them and hoping I get the proper replacement on all 4 without a charge for shipping as this is not my fault they are misrepresented.

Most everything I buy I like. Some items I wanted were out of stock.
Part of the order received was better than others. The fit kick slippers were supposed to be extra large, but they were too small for a size 9 foot. At $20.00 I expected more.
The outdoor furniture chair cover was out of stock and back ordered. I understand there will be a delay on this order. Had ordered it before and liked it. Good price.
The outdoor extending hooks appear to be good. Very large which is more than I expected. Good price.
The scroll stairs treads smell atrocious. The label said to air them. They are outside on my driveway for a week and still stink. They look sturdy. Just don't want to put them house outdoor steps until stink goes away.
The website wiped out my order and customer support helped me. They were very polite.
