I received my order and was satisfied with everything I ordered. This order came together in one box which made me very happy.

Received product just fine, slightly disappointed by size for the price but will work for what I need.

They charged My debit card twice for one purchase. And they tried to trick by charging 2 separate amounts. I called several times to ask to talk to a manager they were not do it. The last time they said talk to your bank. I talk to my bank my bank said they have already debited your account so we have to file a report. I will call them every single day and demand my money if not I'm going to check into what else I can do about this period don't trust them they are liars

The tables are great that I ordered are great. They are the perfect size and shape, but the screws were missing from one.

I promptly received the handheld compressor which I had ordered in a timely manner for which I write this appreciation note. However, I have not gotten around to testing the device, but I am not expecting any malfunction with the device. Thank you for the good work.

They are very cute fall covers for the stove and fridge but I have a 3 handle fridge so I used them on it. Looks very cute!

My order was received in a timely fashion. Every item was as ordered. And I have enjoyed working through some of the puzzle type items and I am delighted with them.

Collections Etc. is one of my favorite sites for seasonal home decor and interesting items that you can't easily find elsewhere for home or personal use. The company says your order will be received within 7-10 days of being placed, and it usually is, if what you've ordered is in stock. They are good about sending you email updates for items you've purchased that are on backorder. In my experience, their customer service is readily helpful and responsive to questions concerning ordering, receipt of damaged items, replacements, and refunds.

I placed an order August 30th, as of September 7th when tracking my order it states a UPS label was created. I called UPS gave them tracking number and was told the company created the label but never shipped the package. CollectionsEtc insists it was shipped August 31st. I explained that I can create the UPS label but not ship the product too. Again I was told it was shipped. I advised them UPS doesn't have the package in their possession. They insist they do. Even though they say I will receive it 7 to 10 days, they tell me give it till the 14th then call them back. I will NEVER order through this company again. Very disgusted how I was treated, saying I'm wrong, saying UPS is wrong and they are right.
