I love the variety of items offered especially holiday things!

It has been alright. Tried to order last night, and said to get a reduction on shipping and would not give one, so declined the transaction. Then this a.m. found no shipping so reordered. Thank you so much, as I love this site, but wait until no shipping cost. I hope this is alright with you.

I have always been pleased with what I order from Collections. Price is great and the items are of excellent quality.

Order a lot of the table runners and squares. I decorate my church and use them there, as well as my house. Have a lot of compliments on them!

Only one big complaint I have is why would you charge a processing fee on the you send out.
I like all the items received and got them in a timely manner but DO NOT like knowing I'm paying to have my order processed.

I purchased a Halloween wreath, and when it came, some of the pieces were missing. Because it cost so little I was hesitant about calling for a replacement since I thought shipping to return the wreath would be just as much as the item. I didn't need to return it and when the wreath came it was just perfect. Thank You Collections, Inc. I will enjoy this wreath for years to come.

None I can think of.

I purchased the magnetic jewelry clasps and although they work just fine they are too large for the fine chains that I wanted them for. Fine chains are the ones that have dainty clasps that are too small to put on and take off. These magnetic clasps are for much thicker chains and necklaces that I can already manage the clasps.

I received my order but there was a mistake. I ordered two Charburg furniture throws for a chair but instead received two throws for a large sofa. Please send a return label so I can return them. Thank You.
