Shades would not work no way in the world would theylook like the picture with only one string to pull them up. I tried to explain this, to no avail, to your rep. I should not have to pay return postage fo something that does not work.
Also, the string lights I previously ordered only half worked, did not change to the colors represented and one string has already quit working altogether.
You have some fun and cute items

I've had other experiences with this Company that were much better then what I've gotten lately, and I don't understand why. I've had to talk to my paypal account person and then talk to your customer service representative. It seems a bit confusing at times.
This particular product the heater that plugs into the wall socket, unless you are right in front of it, it will not heat the square footage that it says it's suppose to. I wanted to use it in my kitchen, because it seems cold in there all the time, but it wouldn't even heat that room.
All in all I will still buy from this company, but, will read the reviews a little more. Thank you!
