Product was damaged

I've been ordering a long time from collections and I find it to be a joy and love there prices and so far I've had no problems..

I had a good experience with collectionsetc!

Have several of the lighted canvases love them all. I.put them in different areas of my home.

Had sent a email after ordering to see if i could change an item. Never heard a response to the email. A yah or nay would have been better than nothing. Ended up after arrival of order returning 1 item for a different length. Was trying to avoid doing that for both of us. Just so you know have ordered items before and was satisfied.

I have shopped my times here and have not had any problems.

As from previous experience everything was exceptional.

Lots of items were out of stock but sight led one to believe they were available.

Not as nice (quality wise) as other christmas decorations I ordered from your company. They were made better ( these were made cheaper).

No problems ordering or receiving my order.

I was able to find outdoor furniture covers at a very reasonable price, compared to other shopping sites. I also purchased two tunic tops, both priced right. My shopping experiences with Collections Etc. are always satisfactory, and very often they carry unusual items that make great gifts for friends and family!

The product I just received do not look the same as the one in the magazine. I may have to do some adjustments. But l will keep it anyway.

The curtains that I ordered are back ordered. I just redid my kitchen and hoped to have the curtains to complete it. I won't receive them until approximately a month after I ordered them.

Would be nice if you receive a promotional code by e-mail that you could use it if you call to place your order-not just by ordering on line.

The web site would not let me read the reviews & when I hit the enlarge picture it would take back to the front page of the catalogue.
