After I left the items in my cart due to a promo code that the email stated did not expire until Aug 20 but the website stated it was expired, I got an email with the offer of $2.99 shipping. I decided to go ahead and make the purchase.
After receiving my items, I was again disappointed. Some items were too small, another not as pictured and the other was just okay. I probably will not shop on this site again.
I was very satisfied with the quality of my purchases as well as the delivery time. The price was also a big factor in choosing Collectionsetc.com.
I need to return something and lost return label. If i send it back myself and pay,how do i avoid you charging me as well?

I had a wrong item sent to me 2 times in my recent order; I am pleased to say that both times they were resolved, however, the last time I called customer service, the representative made me feel like I was lying about my wrong item as he couldn't believe they would've made the mistake twice. BUT, they did! I could've taken pictures to send to prove it if there was a way to do so.
Again, they corrected my order, so I will purchase from your company again, because they did take care of the situation.

I ordered two solar items. One was broken which was replaced asap and the other now the top has fallen off, I'm assuming the heat from the sun caused the issue which doesn't make sense because it is a solar item.
