My over all experience with collectionsetc.com was okay except one of the Ladies Tops I ordered was left out of the box; however I contacted customer service and was told the Top would be shipped. I have not received it as of the time I am completing this survey but I am expecting it any day. Other than that one issue I am pleased with my experience using collectionsetc.com.
