Slow delivery.

I received a portion of the items that I ordered but I still haven't received the full amount of items not sure when they're supposed to be coming in

I bought 4 cardinal post tops, I charged them in the house and took them out to put on my posts they wouldn't lite...I just join the Green & Gold club again with the understanding that I would get 10% off my entire order now it's only certain items and I was talking with one of your associates the other night because I didn't see the code for the free shipping at first and she was pretty rude!

Overall pleased with products and service, although Istillhave not received one of the items ordered. Will contact customer service if I do not hear about shipping of item.

Nice and fast

My slippers from this order looked and felt so comfy and adjustable. I washed them once and now the sole is separated from the base of the slipper and has totally come apart and is unwearable.:(

The Pet Toy was out of stock and it wasn't noted until I received the box and saw it was not included. I called and the rep said it wasn't shipped because it was not in stock. It would have been nice to know that when I ordered it.

You HAD a motion activated witch for $39.99. You pulled it and are now selling it on Amazon for $79.99 and even mark it as a Collection Etc. item.

The quilt was pretty but the burgundy color in the quilt is more red and didn't match the bed skirt like it shows in the picture. I returned both the bed skirt and the quilt.
