Cheep product

Excellent products will be great gifts

I ordered 10 items. Six were clothing. I returned 4 of those clothing items, for poor quality fabric, colors didn't match etc. I still have not had my return refunded yet & trying find a phone number and to talk to a real human is practically impossible. It's bad enough & I'm mad enough that I don't think I'll order from them again., even though I do like some of the household items.

The only complaint I have: stop sending the paper catalogs. I receive enough catalog e-mails. Do not want the paper ones. Thx.

Ordering was easy, and I was sent information for tracking so I had an idea about when to expect my delivery. The price was good for the product I ordered.

I have yet to receive the merchandise I ordered. They said it was delivered, and it wasn't!

I love shopping at collections.com.They always seem to have something in their catalog that I want and can use.I'm thankful they send me the catalogs and enjoy looking through them...

Very easy to order and love everything I have received from you

I have shopped many times with Collections. I think the shipping is to high and therefore I don't shop here like I use to.

I received my product in good time, but the Hercules Hose has no water pressure and I returned item for refund. Was very disappointed, picture shown shows that it has plenty of water pressure. We disconnected our old one, which was rubber hose, had lots of pressure, and this metal one did not.
