It was easy to click catalog order and be able to enter # and have it come right up.
1 star yet it show me I gave it 5 stars after filling out this questionare. The website is misleading, it shows free shipping codes AFTER I had placed my order and that I could save 10% off today. I was not given a percentage off a large order. After placing my order it showed a $20 rebate but when I called it said it was not available to me. So many bad little things I couldn't put in here. Once my order arrived it was the smaller size rug even though I paid for the larger size. I had to pay to send it back and reorder the rugs. Customer service was not helpful but reiterated I would have to pay to send back the companies mistake in size. My final correct size rugs, 1 has a defect but I am done with this company and customer service.

Only issue I had was one item was forgotten in my original order. But upon contact the company sent me the item right away.
The items I purchased arrived in a timely manner, packaging was not damaged. I am excited and can't wait to use them on my front porch and kitchen this Christmas.
Collections ETC has such cute and unique items.

Have bought 7 of these at 3 different times replace one from 1st order no problem by the time 3rd order came one from second order stopped working and one from 3rd order never worked called customer service said to return asked if they were paying for return was told yes but when I received shipping label it stated I would be charged 7.99 was not happy
