I ordered 4 products & was pleased with the look of all 4 items. The deer in the forest solar stake did not have rivets made inside the one stake so it would not screw together which really bummed me out because it is such a beautiful item. No worries tho, as I called the customer service line & asked if they could send me a new one. They said they had them in stock & would send me another at no cost to me & I could keep the other. I received the 2nd one with no issues as promised, quicker than the 7-10 day timeline. Thumbs up for making it right. Love it!
