Ordered 2 rugs. Came folded in a box, resulting in large creases that we can't get out. Rugs should have been ROLLED up before putting in box. Was going to order a 3rd rug, but will not do so now.

One of the bedspreads I ordered looked nothing like it's picture. The collors were much subdued - have returned it, the pillowshams and the bedruffle because it wasn't like the picture.
