The rug was not useable; too many creases; would not lay down. CS told me I would have to pay return shipping. I argued that the rug was defective so I was told I would NOT have to pay S/H. I was sent a label. On that return lable it stated the S/H would be deducted from the amount they credited me. I wrote that NO, I was told I would not have to pay. We will see but I suspect I will have to make yet another phone call to get my money back.
I have shopped with Collections etc for a long time and have never had a complaint with the service they provide or the merchandise I have received. Will continue to do my shopping with Collections.
Having to do a survey is not appropriate.

Easy and quick, a good experience
I have been a customer since everything was 9.99. At least 18 years, in all that time I have had one item, the grim reaper, did not work, you replaced it and I still use it every Halloween. That is at least 15 years old. So thanks for all the neat things you come out with, and great customer service.

I thought it came in a package of 3, but I guess it was only 1. Cant tell as it is now out of stock..
I ordered the LED lighted cross ornaments twice. The first time the arrived fine. The second order arrived in pieces. Returned them but haven't heard anything yet
Shopping with Collections Etc. was good. Fast getting products- easy to use on-line shopping- displaying of product are real nice- reasonable pricing- will shop again.
I've ordered from Collections Etc. a lot! It's decent decorative and sometimes practical items for a fair price. And the service is great! VERY customer friendly and helpful!

It took over 15 minutes to get the image to show that I wanted to purchase. Then, at each step it stalled and it was at least 30 minutes to complete the order. A bit frustrating.
As always the service and quality of the merchandise was wonderful.
