LOUSY!, I called customer service about the where is my pet carrier, she said, well if you did order it you have received it by now and I would have received a email confirmation, well than tell me this WHY DID I RECEIVE THIS SURVEY ON SOMETHING THAT I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T ORDER? ANSWER THAT, then customer service says "Did you want to order another pet carrier?"and send more money to your website, you should say "We are so sorry and we will gladly issue you another pet carrier" you people certainly get a lot of business from the Drummond family, after this that may change, as if you would care!
The large lighted deer sphere - Item received defective...only one side of it would light up...called and had no trouble receiving a refund...
