Wish delivery service from post office was better with handling of my boxes, was half open and paperwork and collections magazine was falling out, I watched her, she tried to pick them all up at same time and couldn't so she decided to drop them when she got to my front door and never rang the doorbell. Glad I didn't order anything fragile or it would have been busted. Also collections should use more padding in their boxes when items ordered Don't fill their boxes.
A mistake was made on the order and I received a product that I didn't order and was missing one that I did. Called and told them and they sent me my right product and it arrived today. Thanks.
Contacted about damaged item and returning item in same transaction however was told that refund was approved without returning damaged item-- but have not received confirmation on that refund from last week conversation. Was also informed that to return other item due to not liking based on picture and description that I was to contact returns department or fill out slip in box and pay fee to have it returned to company. Not great customer service from my standpoint.
