Great service
I received duplicate orders. When I saw the charges on my credit card I call customer service and was told that I had made a duplicate order and there was nothing they could do about it. I do not remember making duplicate orders. I choose not to return the second item as the postage would have been more than the cost of the item and I had already paid three times the price of the item for the first shipping.
