Have always been pleased with purchases from Collections Etc. Items are reasonably priced, and seem to be well made.
Website froze up before I could finish order. Called customer service and they said nothing could be done. Logged off and came back after 10 minutes & was able to finish order.
Panicked because I didn't want to lose everything I had ordered. But information was still there. If I had lost info I would have cancelled order & given up.
Beautiful pillow shams but wish the company offered king size pillow shams with their spreads and also clothing in so small rather than med and lg

I found just what I wanted. Shopped for oval braided rugs locally and could not find anything. I looked on Collection website and found what I was looking for. The color I chose, I wasn't sure I was going to like, but was much better than the picture. It was exactly the color I was looking for. The quality of the rugs are nice and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
I placed my order, but it removed an item at the last minute because it was out of stock. My cart was then empty, but I received no confirmation # or email. I checked if I had any recent orders, there were none. So I ordered the same 4 items again. This time I get an email confirmation. Days later, I get 2 emails saying my orders shipped. I called & explained this to cust. Rep. & he says I will be sent a return label, but he does not tell me I would have to pay the shipping. I feel that it was unfair to have to pay the shipping as it wasn't my fault the website failed, and did not send or show me proof of the first order.
Estoy muy agradecida. I am very grate-full.
