These quilts are just the right thickness. They're not too hot in the summer and thick enough to add warmth in the winter. They are beautiful and wash up nicely. Great purchase for the price. Love them

Hard to understand customer service rep
I was supposed to get free shipping but was charged $6.99.

I used the catalog and key words to find items in a specific category quickly.
I first contacted you about the fit of my bedspread. It was very short (full/queen). The woman I spoke with kept telling me about things that the bedspread should have been and wasn't. She kept putting the issue back on me. She offered a $5 and then a $10 refund on it. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. There was none at availableand, and one would call me back within 24-48 hours. I knew this was not a proper customer service response from you. The following morning I decided to measure the bedspread. The advertised size is 86' x86'. This one measured 83'x81'. I called back again. I spoke with Argo. I explained the issue, this time with the size it was as to the size it should be. He said that he would have another mailed out to me. I told him I hope that it was 86'x86' and not the short one. He said they would measure it. I said good. I am waiting for delivery. PS-The woman the night before told me that there were no king spreads left as I asked her to send me a king instead. That was not true; I went on-line after the call and they were in stock. I hope that this woman gets better training in customer service.
There was a coupons that I couldn't redeem if I used the free shipping code.
