Received fir birthday present

The 3 quilts looked beautiful when they arrived, however, after washing 1 of the quilts the strip of fabric they had sewn on in the ditch separating the quilt blocks is coming off. Very cheap. I will have to hand sew it back on. I will not buy from you again if your products are so cheap, and I spent near $100. You might as well stop sending me you catalogs.

BEAUTIFUL, just what we needed!

Sometimes you advertise things in the collections book and they are not available. I do like the times you bring back items. I don't understand why I am not getting advertisements on my e-mail. What seems to be the problem?

I have ordered from Collections,etc. Several times and have never had any problems. The recliner cover was very nice and fit great on my chair.

Always a pleasure to get the catalogs and order from Collections etc. The follow up e,ails are a nice idea but when you ask if the order on that date was received it would help to have a breif description on the article. I order online quite often and have to go to your site to see what item you are asking about before I can answer your question

Went to the website to find out about returning. It said you could enter your email address and they would send you a postage label. Did it twice. No email so no label. Now I have to call. Ugh!
