Overall I have been delighted with my purchases from Collections, Inc. Two of the items I purchased recently I was disappointed with. I was not satisfied with the Scarecrow Hugger with Lantern (*******). It was smaller than I pictured and I needed to stuff the body - it would have been better if I could have stuffed the arms and legs also. That would have given it a more full look.
I also was not happy with the Lighted Harvest Pumpkin Set (*******). I had to replace the batteries after one day.
The quality of your linens is great. Give them for presents and everyone loves them.
The product was missing a very important part. Collections is sending a new product to replace the first one I received. I was pleased how Collection Etc., handled my complaint.
