My catalog # for the Aztec Fleece Sham is: 159-63-*******. When I entered this in the search bar to purchase, it said that number did not show up. I had to do a search around to finally figure out how to order these.

It Said FREE SHIPPING On $45.00 Or More But It Charged Me Shipping? Also It Charged Me Twice On The Same Items I Ordered. NOT SURE WHY? I Just Got 1 Of Each Item I Ordered & Was Charged Twice On Them?

I have always been pleased with the service and products I have received many times. My most recent order had one item that was damaged. I called customer service regarding this but am not sure the rep understood me. While I was on hold, the connection was lost. I haven't had time to call back but will do so. I have never had to call customer service and this is the exception and not the rule. I will continue shipping here.

The water bottle holder that I purchased is to small for what I wanted it for.

Today was just fine but yesterday was a different experience. Tried to place this order and had problems. Couldn't get a confirmation. Called in first time and was told to check in a hour so called again and was told to check back in 24 hrs. Don't know what the problem was but I wasn't happy about it. Was afraid I would get charged and not received any part of my order.
