I love the products for the price paid. Sometimes shipment is a little slow. This was order on Sept 14 and not received until the 28th. The last order I placed had been received but one of the pillow shams has a broken zipper. I hate to contact about this because it is so pretty and don't know how how long I would have to wait for a replacement and return postage is as expensive as the pillow sham. Otherwise love the books, selection, and the price.
I like looking for things to put in my garden so I like browsing thru the garden section. This is easy & a lot of different items to look at.

I didn't realize it was not included in my order for the spread. Had to wait to long for it to com.
I was unable to see the reviews, no matter how many times I clicked on "Read reviews". I was also disappointed to see that the shipping and processing were nearly as expensive as the item itself. The cape itself was better than I had expected and I am delighted with it.
I like the price on items that I have chosen. Some could be made of better quality

I love Collections. I always find what I want. The only thing that bothers me is clothing. You never have small sizes. I take a small and should you carry this size, I am sure I would purchase clothing.
The 2 outside rugs I received were not the size I ordered.
Nice down swags for fall. Put them on either side of the fireplace and they really dress it up.
