I'm going on 2 cruises this winter.
I purchased this as a gift for my Sister's birthday Ordered Sep.15 Shipped Sep. 20 Delivered Sept. 26. My sister received a Big box with only two pillow shams in it and the matching quilt was crossed off saying "Short". It was very embarrassing for me. When I called Collections etc. I was told the quilt was no longer available even though when I ordered there were 9 available and I received a confirmation email when placing my order stating that it was in stock!
The order was marked as a gift with a gift message as well! Why in God's name would you ship a gift knowing that the quilt was no longer available, only shipping the two "matching" pillow shams for a quilt she would Never be able to receive! I feel I should have been notified before shipment which took 5 days just to leave Collections Etc..., The quilt should have been pulled out of inventory when my order was placed and confirmed on the 15th, because by the 20th obviously there were no more. This was a very embarrassing experience for me and I am VERY DISAPPOINTD IN COLLETIONS ETC. CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have ordered various items from Collections Etc and have never had a problem with the quality or price. The shipping costs are of some concern as I felt they were high but due to the uniqueness of the items purchased I overlooked the additional costs sometime.
