I ordered a led lighted fall wall hanging. It is attractive, but the lighting doesn't work. I put in the batteries and turned it on, but it doesn't light. I didn't return it because by the time I would pay for return postage it would cost me more than the item is worth. So, I will rethink ordering anything in the future.

It has all been pretty easy
Overall shopping experience and customer service were both good. However, I ordered a woodgrain elastic table cover in 48" and received a 40-44" cover. After speaking to the customer service rep, I will be receiving a free of charge replacement. Hopefully it will be the correct size for my table.
Every time I try to log into my account I have trouble with the password. Its very annoying. Had to check out as a guest again today. Please fix this, it drives me nuts and puts me off buying from this company!
