Had a problem because one item came broken. Customer service offered refund because the item that was broken and could not be replaced. Am waiting for refund by mail.

I am a frequent customer because this is a great company. They sell useful products at reasonable prices.
Ordered a sofa cover. Color looks more faded than expected. Used extra large box for 2 items and box was very torn up as were the catalogs inside.
Most of the items were of good quality. Some were not. If I was disappointed with an item, I returned it for credit. Collections was very good about crediting my PayPal account, but it takes a month or more for this to happen.

Approximately 1 year ago, my last order was cancelled by your corporate office without my knowledge and without notification. When I recently subscribed again to order your products again, Patty Krase in customer service kept me updated with the status of my 9/16/18 order. Patty also adjusted the price of one item to ensure that I received the correct discount based on my purchase of the Green and Gold membership. I love your products. They make me happy and bring me joy. Also, I am very happy with the excellent customer service that Patty provided to me. I would like to commend Patty for the wonderful job that she is doing.

I ordered a small decorative fall tree and when I received it the leaves were falling off and the lights only worked on the bottom half of the tree. When I reported what happened to customer service, they replaced it with a tree that worked. So overall, I was pleased.
