So far, so good. I love shopping at Collectionsetc.com. They have such a variety of helpful and fun products, such as decorations...Shopping is easy at Collections.The orders are received in a timely manner. I never had to return any product to them nor was I disappointed in the product when received and the prices are Great.
Got a good credit deal, but no free shipping. So I ended up not really getting a good deal.

This shopping experience was exceptable, but i've Been trying to place another for the past several days, using the 10% discount + free shipping. When I try to pay, the order reverts back to the undiscountrd price. I tried calling somebody for help, but was very dissatisfied with the service I received & was unable to complete the order.
I have always had enjoyed everything I have purchased from Collections, Inc.
I have requested a confirmation of a return of my order of 8/27/18 to no avail. No response at all. This was a bedspread that was hard to the touch. Impossible to sleep under so it was returned.

The manufacturing of the solar post lights had changed from my original order of a few years ago and even from the replacement light I ordered last year. Although they look the same & claim to have the same dimensions they are different by about a 1/16th of an inch. The ones I received don't fit the posts. The posts have never changed in size. Also, in comparison, the plastic that these lights are made from is much thinner than the ones I purchased a few years ago. Also, the paint used to simulate stained glass fades to almost nothing over a year out in the sun so the beauty of the look is gone. Plus, after replacing the AA 600mAh 1.2v NiCD battery in them after 10 months outside, the units quit working all together. I would not recommend these to anyone. I would not invest in them again.
