I CALLED TO CANCEL ORDER SHORTLY AFTER PLACING.WAS TOLD IT WAS IN PROCESS.I REQUSTED A PP RETURN,WAS TOLD WOULD BE MAILED.I RECEIVED THE ORDER HOWEVER ITHE GRANNY VACUMN COVER WAS MISSING.THERE WAS A BEDSPREAD WHICH I DID NOT ORDER INSIDE.I CALLED C/S WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE ITEM THEN I WOULD GET WHAT I ORDERED.I SAID THE ITEM WOULD BE RETURNED,HOWEVER I WANTED WHAT I ORDERED SENT FIRST.CALL WENT TO SPUERVISOR WHO REINERATED WHAT I WAS TOLD.I THOUGHT THAT THE PROCEDURE IN PLACE WAS ANOT ACCEPTABLE AND SAID I WOULD CALL BB,THE REP THEN SAID BECAUSE OF MY STATEMENT SHE WAS ENDING THE CALL AND DISCONNECTED.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO AGAIN,NOR WILL MY ASSOCIATES.
