Very quick and easy

I love everything that I've purchased since I've been shopping with Collections ETC!.

Not used /worn goods yet, so can't comment.

Was happy to see the product again after several years!

I had issues with taking long and no response at all from email I sent in regards to my order

I have always been pleased with the items I receive. If for some reason when I receive the order if something is not as I thought was like the picture, I have contacted Collections and have been told I would get a credit on a future item or I have the option to have it replaced, if it is something that has been damaged in shipping.

Still waiting on part of the order but satisfied otherwise.

I received the order within a reasonable amount of time. One item was missing. When I called customer service, the individual was helpful and friendly. The missing item has been reordered and I am expecting delivery any day now.

Confusing to say the least. 2 different processing fees
And additional savings for giving up my email address. UGH

My shopping experience is always good. But I was not satisified with the products and I am planning to return them.

This product was the same price in my stores here. It is hard for me to shop with my disabilities or I would never had paid $9.99 for shipping and handling. I noticed all the S & H went up so I have to make other alternatives.

I am satisfied with my order. It was very useful.
