Products are always good quality and value. I always receive my order in a timely matter. I've ordered from collections etc. for quite a while and only once was an item on backorder. It didn't take long to get it to me.

Want free shipping more often. Product prices are3 good but sometimes the shipping costs are more than the product and puts it out of my reach financially. I live on fixed income.

Less solicitation for orders

Good but for some reason I no longer receive e-mail from you on specials, and I have tried several thing to get them,

I have bought any products from this company over the years, and have never had a problem with anything.

I love the items that I have purchase at Collections. I have only had one issue where I orders a pair of pants which I was sent the wrong color and size, to find out that the size and color were out of stock. I was never notified of this. The wrong size makes a big differance.
