Reference is made to my purchase order #******* dated September 30,2018 requesting items ******* and *******.
On October 10,2018 I received the PO complete and attempted to assemble the concerned items according to the enclosed instructions. One of the items (#*******) was damaged and couldn't sit flat. I visited your site the same day and immediately emailed the information. Two days later (10/12), without receiving any word from anyone, I dispatched another email outlining the situation. On October 15, again not hearing a word from anyone, I decided to call your customer service and was connected to someone named Maria, apparently located off shore. She denied ever receiving any of the emails. Nevertheless she decided to credit my account $12.99 and instructed me to discard the product. I gather this item was getting many negative comments. She also informed me that the credit should appear on my credit card in seven days. Today is October 25 (ten days since speaking to Maria) and my account does not show a credit having been applied. I have several other items on hold with "Collections Etc." that I've not finalized pending the outcome of the above. Not being accustomed with this type of business procedure I will need to reassess my future online purchases.

I received the Xmas tree in the skinniest box ever. It was so crammed in there that the foil packages on the tree were crushed and torn at the corners. The star tree topper was bent over and would not stand up.
