Great ordering experience, came in on time, Perfect!

You charged my account twice! I have the order but no one is addressing this issue. I called 4 times! It's debited out if my acct for the order twice!

I continue to find great variety in merchandise and economical prices.

My ordered items arrived quickly, and in good order. Thanks, Collections, etc.

I got my order but did return a couple of the items. One of them to exchange and the other to return. Please let me know when/if you had received the return? Everything was good but outfit too big and clock was not what we wanted after receiving it.

We purchased a wall clock that worked for a couple weeks and then the lights on the clock stopped working. Collections Inc. was very good with their service to replace the clock so appreciate that, but certainly disappointed in the product quality.

I received my order, but bedspread did not fit my bed. Mine is much higher. I returned the order on 1/23 via post office

I placed and order and received it in great time. I was happy happy happy!

I ordered 6 sets of 6.0X readers. I received 5 sets of 6.0X and one set on 4.0X. We will be able to use the 4.0X readers, however we were in need of the 6.0X readers I ordered.

This item didn't state that I had to assemble so I thought that it was already assembled to make sure I called and asked and I was told that it was already assembled.This I would consider a false advertisement.I should have returned it but a friend had to put it together for me.

I made an error on my original order. I called Collections service desk, explained my situation and they corrected my error. When my order was received, everything was correct.

Have had lots of good luck with Collection Etc. will continue to order things through them
