Well, I never had a hard time ordering anything online, but every time I entered the discount code it wouldn't take I,but this happened only one time. I tried another route and was then successful.
I ordered some of the fake wasp hives. Only one package had the wire extenders in it. The other 2 packages did not have the extenders so they are useless. I emailed customer service and have not been contacted about this.
Everything arrived on time and met with satisfaction. Great Company to deal with!

I found just what I was looking for. I have been giving Graduation Picture Frames to my grandchildren since my first one graduated. I have bought 7 of them and they all love them. Thank you for keeping them available for so many years.
The length of time from order to delivery was long, but the whole order came at the same time. Quality and cost are equal. Happy with all products, some needed more instructions.
The order I received was missing one item. After calling this in I was helped and the missing item was resent. The operator was professional and efficient. I received the missing item about a week later.

Just got my order of a few live plants I ordered and was extremely disappointed. The plants are not even close to the size ( very much smaller) they state in the catalog and half dead. I called the customer service dept and talked to a couple different useless people. I asked for a return label since the product was not as advertised. They kept encouraging me to mail it myself instead of them sending me a 7.99 label. Really? Abd I was told they would grow to the expected size in time. But it gets better. The supervisor I talked to told me I couldn't return live plants for 30 days because their corporate policy states I have to plant them and let them grow for 30 days to get to the size they stated in the catalog. Seriously? Si they can die or still look bad and then it gets blamed on me and still don't get a refund. When I started to get mad bd threatened to complain to the BBB, they said they couldn't talk to me if I was going to do that and hung up on me! I'm going to send them their tiny seedlings back and get my money back from the credit card. Never ever order live plants from them. You don't get what is advertised and they are very shady with their returns and don't care about their customers!
My Granddaughter received the Grad frame and was very pleased with it.
She received the gift in good time.
