Runner was length needed and wider than most runners. Extra long bath mat is safer than regular length. Kitchen mat is perfect for ceramic floor when washing dishes.

Twice, I have had issues ordering online.
I placed an order with all necessary information. Then I get a message telling me that the order didn't go through. That happened two times. So I tried a third time...It went through.
Then.,, I received three confirmations... I immediately called customer service. Told them that because I was told that the orders didn't go through,I kept on trying... Per their website mistake, I now had put in three duplicate orders. I was told I couldn't cancel two of the orders...that they had already gone through. I was sent two return address labels. I received one order, but didn't receive the two duplicate orders.
