One of the items in my order was a trellis and there were pieces missing. When I called Collections the associate gave me a bit of hard time about it but did issue a merchandise credit thru my email on July 16th. I just tried to put an order in on line using the credit and it's ALREADY expired! I was given exactly a week to use that credit, that's ridiculous. I have been a customer for many years and have spent a lot of money with Collections. I am very dissatisfied with this situation, especially since I'm a good customer.
