The overall experience was excellent and very easy. The delivery time was unbelievable. I think it only took three days from order to delivery.
All the products were great. The only thing I had a problem with was the Butterfly magazine rack. One of the grills didn't line up & I was unable to screw it together, but it doesn't prevent it from staying together.
I paid for expedited shipping after ordering on a Thursday. I called Saturday, and was surprised my order hadn't been shipped yet. I did receive 2 of 4 items on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the one item, cargo bermuda shorts that I wanted to wear Wednesday were not in that shipment. I did receive the last two items Thursday, I think. But I should have been made aware that the cargo shorts were on backorder. I did not! I therefore asked for a credit for the expedited shipping charge. I have yet to receive that credit. Please issue that credit ASAP!
