Shipping with Fed Ex has been a nightmare! I contacted you first and was told to search the problem on my own. I thought you would handle the shipping since it came from your operations but I guess the customer has to take charge. I contacted Fed Ex who said it was under USPS. I even received an email to say USPS delivered my package. Contacted USPS and they said they did not have my package or knew nothing about my order and to go back to Fed EX. Fed Ex was suppose to get back to me after they researched what happened with the delivery. They never did so I went door to door and found my package at another address. I do not know what kind of shipping contract you have with Fed Ex but it is not the way to go. Either use USPS or UPS. Fed Ex has ruined my connection with Collections because I can not count on proper delivery. I also think you should have taken charge of tracking down my lost delivery.
I bought curtains. The picture showed tiers and a swag for each set of curtains. I thought I was getting the set. There was no indication that the swag or valance sold separately. I was very discouraged and called customer service. I got a person who I could not understand very well and cancelled my order. I then got on line and made sure I got what I really needed to complete my curtain set.
It took me 10 minutes to check out! Your system would not except my credit card, after maybe 14 attempts... I hope your product that I order are of better quality!

Was not happy regarding the length of time this was out of stock. Was told maybe never. Glad it is back in stock.
Each time I selected a product then returned to continue shopping, the program took me back to a different page. When I signed in after selecting a couple of items, it doubled my order. And it wouldn't proceed to the next page when it reached around page 11.
As usual, it was awesome.
Apparently your web site has been "updated" & I was not able to get my order sent without going in as a guest, even though I've ordered numerous times. Would have give 5 stars if site had been updated so it would carry previous info over without having to re-register.
I find items that are unique, interesting, and decorative at an affordable price.
I missed out on the spinner I really wanted. Sold out.
A little disappointed in the clock in that it is difficult to read the time because of the bird picture in the middle -- it competes with the hands in clarity. Otherwise it is pretty cute.

This is at least the second time I have ordered from you. Last time was for Christmas. The gifts were well received, the service was great, I will be coming back again.
