It would make it easier at checkout to have the exact pictured (color) item that was purchased. It can be confusing, especially when I want to order quickly.
Order came without an invoice and package was badly crushed and partly open. Two items were missing from order and I had no way of knowing if these items were being sent separately. Contacted customer service about this, but the rep couldn't enlighten me about the situation. She was nice, but I didn't feel we were communicating well. The two missing items arrived a few days ago. I only hope I wasn't charged twice for these items.
Shopping was fine it was the checkout process that was the problem. I have an account set up but when placing my order it wouldn't recognize it. I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting it corrected.

So easy to order but i havent got all that i ordered the invoice said it was in the box but it wasnt i ordered 2 sets of sheets with chickadees on them one was queen and won was full size the queen i received but the full i didnt i was charged and paid for it but didnt get them
